Orders

We do not specify a minimum order, and delivery is free of charge for all orders over £500

Yes. We use a trusted and secure system for online ordering that is used worldwide. In addition to this we hold a Certificate of Compliance from the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI DSS). Alternatively, if you already have a PayPal account you can use that to pay for your order.
If you have made an error with your order, just arrange to return the goods in the original packaging and unused, and we’ll refund you in full.

Although our prices are very competitive on larger orders, we can some times offer discounts. Please get in touch to discuss

Products

We supply quality materials from trusted manufacturers, and pride ourselves on our pricing. We aim to offer the same quality products cheaper than you pay with your current building materials supplier.

Yes. All of our products are manufactured to exacting standards and covered by a manufacturers guarantee. We can also supply certificates to satisfy Building Control. We are happy to provide details on any specific product or range on application.

Delivery

We Aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days, but this can vary depening on stock and demand levels,

We offer Next day delivery to our local customers (CT and surrounding areas) just get in touch to discuss delivery.

Yes. You can specify exactly where you need your order to be delivered

All deliveries should be signed for – if a signature cannot be obtained we will endeavour to leave the goods in a safe location but we cannot accept any claims for shortages or damages where no signature has been obtained.
